We all know that there is so much trash on the internet that I wanted to give some insight on finding a legitimate free home based business. It amazes me that a lot of the "GURUS" will say if it is free it will not work. Well, that is not true.

There is a great example that proves this theory wrong. It is called Google Adsense. Is it not free to use? I recently came across another free home based business called the spider web marketing system. It was founded by an mlm guy named Kimball Roundy, and it features 22 revenue streams and an auto posting blog. There are upgrades that will earn you more from the onset but not mandatory and it truly is free.

I started testing it out and by placing a banner on my website had someone sign up in less than 2 days. You can make money because it is tied into the pay per click models that pay you when someone signs up as well as adsense. Pretty cool system and if I can make a few bucks with no cash out of pocket why not?

The biggest thing to look for in finding a free home based business is that there are no hosting fees, hidden charges after signing up etc. I have seen several that claim to be free but upon looking deeper they say, "Oh, the only host you can use on our turnkey website is company X!" So just read through the sales page hype and you will be fine. Another good thing to do is look in Alexa to see what kind of ranking they have there. This will not tell the whole story, but it helps. I always like to look at "Who Is" also which can give you a better idea on the free business portfolio.

If you have a true interest in a particular subject or hobby then search google and type in the word "free" in front the search term as well as "affiliate" at the end of the search string. You may be surprised at what you will find.

So if you want to find a legitimate free home based business it is really not that difficult with some simple research. Like all things in life if you have no interest in the subject it will not work for you long term. Just find a passion of yours first and the free home business will follow.
