Why I only work with Leaders in Mandura

There are a lot of ways to build a successful MLM business.
One is to take the 'see what sticks' approach – try to sponsor anyone and everyone, and see which one's can 'cut it' and make their own way.
This, of course, leads to lots of frustration on both people, with most new distributors dropping out and going on to tell everyone they know about the 'scam' that is Network Marketing.
Their sponsor is then frustrated; after their 'hard' work sponsoring, they see high turnover and smaller checks, and may decide it's not worth it.
There's another way.
Focus only on leaders.
1.I only want to work with people willing and able to make the time and money commitments to be dedicated to their new business. MLM has been called 'personal franchising', and I love that term. Sure, there are lots of people who worked only at night and weekends, very part time, and have built huge businesses. They're in the minority.
To me, Network Marketing is either marriage or living together. If you decided to go in as cheaply as possible in your business, looking for a company that has the lowest (or no) monthly requirement, it's like just living with your partner. You're just 'trying it out', and there's little incentive when the going gets rough to stick with it and not just bail out and move on
When you make the commitment to go in to your new business at the highest autoship level, and to commit to working your business every day like clockwork (including drive-time, lunches, etc), you put yourself into it totally and you're much less likely to drop out if things don't go well within 30 days.
2.Product of the product – it's a cliché, but it's true. Especially if you work your warm market, you're going to be hit with plenty of negative people. Those that think you're in a pyramid scheme. Those that think your product is overpriced and refuse to ever consider the benefits. Those that laugh in your face and ask every time you see them "how's that little juice business of yours going? Making any money yet".
Get on autoship, USE the product, and if you don't love it MOVE ON! But if you use the product, and you have a personal belief in it's benefits, you can stand proud, look naysayers in the eye and give them a testimonial!
Nothing is more convincing that being able to tell someone you used your product, and in the last 3 weeks your caffeine cravings have disappeared, you're less hungry, less often, and you get your fruit and veggie requirement done early in the day and you feel great! People are observant – they know when you lie, and they know when you believe something deeply.
3.It helps the whole organization. It costs money to sponsor, train, and replace people. People (including YOU) make money off volume of product sold. Autoship your case or 2 of product – use it, sell it and give it away, and the entire organization benefits as you introduce new people to the product.
