Whoever you hire from, you'll have to pay delivery charges, but you'll be expecting those. However, if the rental company has branches around the company, that should lessen the distance, and the charge for delivery to your site and set up. Every little bit saved is a bonus.

You can even save on insurance with some companies. Anyone putting on any event knows all too well that public liability insurance is vital. But you even need it for these units (let's face it, if some important has an accident, the lawsuit could not only be embarrassing, but extremely expensive). Find a rental company that offers insurance on its units. They might even include it as standard.

Last, but definitely not least, have an attendant for the toilet - especially if you have more than one. Not only does it make the guests feel special, but an attendant can ensure the units are kept perfectly clean - which should be expected - and that supplies never run short during the event. Hire your own if you want, or find out if the company can provide staff who have already been trained. Knowing what you need before you sign any contract, and making sure you get it, will improve any event.
