Network Marketing - The Brilliance of Tim Sales

Tim Sales is the master at breaking systems down and keeping it simple. He has had tremendous success in his network marketing company and is doing his part to bring respect and professionalism to the network marketing industry. His job in the Navy bomb squad is responsible for his logical approach to building your business. He spends time breaking everything down to its simplest level so that everyone can understand what needs to be done.

- Inviting
The first skill to master is inviting. Whether you are working with your warm market or cultivating prospects from the internet, your primary job is to invite potential business partners to view information about your business opportunity. For many, this is an overwhelming proposition. Very few have been in a position where they have been responsible for influencing the behavior of another person.
For some, it seems that talking to others is fun and invigorating. For many others, it is the hardest part of what we do. By following Tim's approach, you will no longer wonder what to say next or how to say it. He has broken down the most common objections and provided a comfortable, conversational approach to dealing with them. It all starts with saying 'hi' and looking for hints on whether each person might be a candidate for your product or business. You end up inviting only the ones who you can help. By following the formula, your stress level should be a lot lower and you can find ways to enjoy the prospecting game.
- Presenting
The second skill to master is presenting. Generally, you don't need to be in a hurry to get to this point. You should be able to plug in to your team's presentations for quite a while. You will know when it's time to start working on your presenting skills. Tim has laid out a formula for presenting, too. He models the actual presentations so that you can see and hear how to properly present your business or product. As in the inviting step, he educates us on the value of strong communication skills - both listening and speaking.
Whether you are presenting one on one or in front of a small or large group, Tim's training provides everything you need to do a professional presentation. I think that you'll agree that your success in network marketing will largely be determined by how well you present your thoughts and ideas to others.
- Training
The third skill to master is training. This will be the skill that will determine whether you will enjoy the residual streams of income that our industry is well known for. If you fail at training your business partners on how to invite, present, and train their organization, you will not be able to enjoy time away from your business. In your previous life, you worked hard to become indispensable in your job. In your network marketing business, it should be the complete opposite. You should work hard to make everything work seamlessly - without you! If your business can run without you, then congratulations are in order. You have built a real business - not a job. A real business will give you time freedom to enjoy along with your financial freedom.
If you are able to effectively train all of your business partners in these three skills, then you have joined the elite group of network marketers that truly enjoy the residual income that our industry promises. Tim Sales has enjoyed tremendous success in his network marketing business. He trains it the way that he built it. And because he did it the right way, he is able run multiple successful businesses and can share his brilliance with the entire industry.
