Many people become frustrated on the quest to lose weight. Especially this time of year, when the rush is on to fit in that bikini or cut down that tummy for the summer. A diet high in fiber, including fruits, vegetables, and whole grains is absolutely essential. Avoid red meat, pork, excess sugar or bread, and foods high in cholesterol.
