Okay, let me show you how to figure out what terms people are searching for in the search engines such as Google. Okay, so lets go to Google.com, put in Google keyword tool and its this first link right here.
Then click on Google keyword tool, put in the caption to make sure that you're a real person and in words and phrases. Lets see, how many people are searching for the term plumbers? All of this data is collected by Google when people come to their search engines and they compile it all. The local monthly search is within the US. The global is across the world. So the local monthly searches for plumber is 1,220,000 monthly searches and for plumbers is 673,000.

Quite a few searches. Okay, so lets go ahead and narrow this down to lets say, Reno plumbers, lets see how many people are searching Reno plumbers. Reno plumbers is 480 people. Reno plumber or plumbers would be a good keyword to use if you are a plumber in Reno. Okay, lets try painters. So on the local monthly searches, there is 823,000 people that search painters, the term painters and 1,830,000 that search painter. Okay, lets do Utah home builders. Utah new homebuilders, 1000 people searched that, Utah custom home builders 390, Utah County home builders 590, Utah home builder basically, you put in a term and its going to populate a whole bunch more search terms. So these are all terms right here that are perfect terms that if you are a Utah home builder that you'd want to include these in your videos, articles and website title tags.

Sometimes, when there not enough data, go to google.com and just put a term and if there are paid advertisments over in the right hand area that is a money phrase. People are paying to be there a good rule of thumb is it is worth going after with a video or a article.
