Step four, increase the level of water you drink every day, it helps your body to digest the foods you eat and eliminate the toxins you have in your body. I recommend at least 10 glasses of water every day.

Finally, one of the biggest ways to burn your tummy fat is to think of it very day. The portion of food you eat every day should be cut down in size, instead increase how often you eat. What I mean is eat smaller sized of meals a day 5-6 times a day, it is better than eating 2 large meals a day, stop eating at late hours. Cut out coffee and replace it with tea. Go outside and play with your children instead of been in door watching movies. If all these steps are observed, it will make very big impact in burning tummy fat.
