Once you get the hang of it, choosing healthy food options should be your next target. Incorporate more fruits and vegetables high in fiber to add bulk to your daily meals.   • Second, weight loss should be done naturally. Most health experts would recommend exercise tips like cardio and weights workout. Of course, if you're new to this, you should start doing things gradually. Start out with normal physical activities like jogging and walking early in the morning.
