The skin is the largest organ in our body. It is also the most prominent feature that we expose to other people and the environment, therefore we should really take good care of it. So let me share to you some of my top skin care essentials.
- A good sunblock for the face and for the body.
As we all know, the sun's rays could be harmful to the skin. It could damage the cells and cause photoaging and premature aging. No one would want to have rough, wrinkly skin with brown spots so slather on sunscreen at least an hour before you step out of your house.
- Vitamins A, C and E.
Vitamins A, C and E have been scientifically proven to be effective in nourishing the skin cells inside resulting in a healthy and radiant skin outside. Vitamin A is known to help reduce and avoid wrinkles associated with skin aging. Vitamin C on the other hand helps in the production of collagen, which is the main component of our skin. Vitamin E as we all know is the skin vitamin. It is an antioxidant which helps in protecting the skin cells from the harmful UV rays of the sun as well as from pollution, intense weather and many more. It is also known to help in reducing wrinkles, stretch marks and scars which makes it an all around skin vitamin. Vitamin E capsules by the way, could also be used topically on the skin to achieve noticeable results.
- Water.
It may sound cliche-ish but it is true. Drinking lots of water is really beneficial for the skin. Water helps in flushing away the toxins in our body and in our skin. It also moisturizes the skin very well. You'll notice that your skin looks dewy and glowing when you drink lots of water.
- A good dermatologist.
Everyone needs a good dermatologist. I think that's pretty self explanatory. A regular visit to the derma could help improve your skin a lot.
In search for the best anti aging solution in the market? The Facial Skincare Device (FSD) from Radiancy is a highly effective skin care device that targets the signs of aging on the skin such as wrinkles. It smoothens and evens out the skin tone making the skin look and feel healthier and younger.
