Anxiety panic attacks differ from person to person, and from situation to situation. Although there are some common factors, every person will say that they experience their attacks differently.

Personally, whenever I experience an anxiety panic attack, I feel like I'm being suffocated and my heartbeat accelerates alarmingly.
