Even if a student is living in a different type of arrangement, perhaps in a halls of residence or a large house, a mini fridge would suit the lifestyle. Office: In an enclosed office building, no major foodstuffs need the storage of a fridge. No cooking takes place in such environments as employees tend to eat out in restaurants or bring packed lunch. Usually cool storage is only necessary for a some drinks including milk for tea and coffee. A mini fridge would be an ideal appliance. The exception would be where an office is employing many people. To cater for the greater numbers, a larger fridge would be required.

Hoteliers are one of the biggest owners and buyers of the mini fridge but in recent recent years mini fridges are becoming popular with home owners as they seek to create a bar atmosphere in the home. It will help refrigerate the drinks that need chilling.

Road Trips: Its possible to buy mini fridges that run on battery. For a trip trip involving a motor vehicle such as a car or recreational vehicle, the battery from the vehicle can be put to use. Putting a fridge to use while travelling will minimise the need for frequent stops at highway service stations. Especially useful while travelling in remote locations.
