Vibration fitness machines possess a vibrating plate on which people stand on in a positioned manner. User can perform both the static and dynamic movements like standing, sitting, kneeling etc. You can also do a number of other exercises using this machine such as crunches, lunges, squats, push-ups, etc. You can passively rest your feet over the machine or sit on the machine in a comfortable mode. The following are some of the Yoga poses that you can adopt using vibration fitness machine:

▪ Squat - knees should be about 90deg and keep your hands in the handle bars. This is perfect exercise for strengthening.

▪ One legged stand - balance one leg and bring the other leg into your knee, holding on to the handle bars. This is a perfect way to workout your spines and your balance.

▪ Quarter set stretch - hold on to the hand bars on one leg, lifting your other heel towards your backside and squeeze gently. This will give you flexibility to the top half of the front of your leg

▪ Launch - make sure you have your foot at the outside of the platform, front leg knee in the right angle position. This exercise focuses on the butt area.

▪ Forward bend - leg straight and lean down to reach out to your toes. This will help your flexibility.

▪ Sitting forward bend - sitting on the platform, leg straight and reaching forward to your toes. Again this is excellent for your flexibility.

If you are a beginner, 10 minutes workout per day is enough. This will be in a standing position. Make sure your knees are bent and hold on to the handle bar. Keep your face looking forward and keep your body tall. Keep doing this for a week or two. Moving forward to that, take yourself to different speed at week 3 or 4. Take yourself for 2 or 3 sessions per day.
