Our decision making or will power serves the function of defining our lives. Finally is the emotional energy, the part that is responsible for making us get anxiety or anger. It has two parts namely negative and positive emotional energies. When negative energy is not within ourselves it is what we call stress but when it gets into us we term it as anxiety. The good thing is such negative energies are not that bad, but what we do with them is what we can call either bad or good use of the energy.

In order to get rid of anxiety one needs to master these parts. These parts work in conjunction with each other, they don't work alone. Thus it is at a balance of these important parts that most people seek in life since the balance of all these leads to durable fullfillment in life or total bliss.
