A downline that has a fire personality or two in it is a downline that may help you win a few competitions for selling the most products. Your business skills will be improved upon greatly if you add personality type training to your list of things to do because then you will be able to relate to anyone. Apparently, network marketing companies are highly interested in signing up several fire types into the business. This makes it easy to pitch to a fire type; you just need to learn what to look for when seeking out a fire type.

Now let's start making one of your business skills recognizing which personality type you are talking to when you meet people. How would this person look if you saw him on the street? A fire type is someone who is flashy. They are interested in the ostentatious; this makes them easy to see from a mile away. The ones who use things such as expensive cars to project a sense of accomplishment to others are your fire types. Those who are fire types and would like to have the fancy cars some day but do not have them yet can also be known by looking at them.

For fire types who are not yet where they want to be in buying power begin with one small item such as a watch which is as fancy as the Lamborghini. You will easily see the gold and diamond jewelry they wear which is meant to catch peoples' eyes. Their clothes will make them look like they stepped out of a fashion magazine. They will not have cheaped out on their shoes. There doesn't have to be a Maserati around for you to know that there is a fire type around. He will be the person who wants to own the great car one day, but just has not found the project that will help him get it. He may be in the process of developing the business skills that will take him where he wants to go.

Examine the business skills of the people around you at work. The fire type, in their business situations are generally the leaders because they do not like to be followers. They are ready to take charge of a project because they are enthusiastic about a new challenge and competitive so they are not afraid of confrontation; they thrive on it. They hate to lose and are conscious of this every minute which is why they work so hard to prevent that particular outcome. This is why you need to have fire types on your team in your network marketing business.

As you can see, network marketing seems to have been invented just for the fire personality. Network marketing and fire types are a perfect match! It is crucial that you demonstrate to the fire type that you are pitching your busines to that you can match him or her in fire personality; you have to show them that your business skills can match up to theirs. If not, the fire will burn you and move on to the next opportunity. (Remember how impatient they are.) They will have a quick answer for you whether you have done a good job presenting the business or not, but your presentation will be just right for them.
