  • Increased bone density and joint mobility

  • Fewer headaches

  • Flatter stomach and trimmer waist

  • Improved circulatory and respiratory system

  • Fewer injuries and better performance for athletes

  • Improved immune system

  • Improved concentration

What type of Pilates is best for me?

Mat Classes

For general fitness and well being we offer group Pilates Mat classes. These mat classes are general Pilates conditioning classes and are suitable for individuals who prefer to exercise with the company of others and do not have specific injuries or conditions that need to be met. Pilates Mat classes also utilise a range of small Pilates props. More about Mat Classes

Studio Pilates

For a more specially tailored approach to achieving your health and fitness needs we offer Studio Pilates sessions, either in small groups of 3 to 4 people per instructor or can be private sessions. Studio sessions are specifically tailored to your needs and are individual Pilates programs that are performed with the supervision of an experienced and highly qualified instructor. Studio sessions utilise a range of unique Pilates Studio equipment as well as mat-work.

Pilates Studio sesions are recommended for those with special needs and requiring rehabilitation from injury. More about Studio Pilates sessions

Reformer Group Pilates

Reformer Group classes are fun, fast and intensive Pilates classes for the more experienced Pilates practitioner. Reformer Group classes are great for improving strength and fitness. They are not suitable for new beginners, and a course of Mat or Studio pilates should be undertaken prior to joining a class. More about Reformer Group Pilates classes
