Renegade Dumbbell Rows

This is an excellent workout that works out your whole mid-section. After you do a set of these, you’ll really feel it stretching in your abs.

Start by putting two dumbbells on the floor, 1 in every hand. Your arms needs to be about a shoulder-width apart. Next, resting your bodyweight on the hands (gripping the dumbbells), stretch out your legs behind you so that you’re in a push-up position.

Next, take your right arm and pull it back so that the dumbbell comes to about your belly. While you’re doing this, keep the left arm rock solid on the ground. Imagine that you’re pressing into the floor. Get the right arm back into the original straight position. Next, keeping your right dumbbell to the floor, draw your left elbow back in the same way.

Even though it seems like an arm exercise, it gives your abs a significant workout. It also educates you balance and stability. It’s actually the stabilizing arm which induces the actual workout. You’ll sense it stretching as you pull that opposite arm back!

Front Squats With A Barbell

Front squats are also an excellent exercise for busting tummy fat. You see the legs stretching, but it’s actually the muscles in your belly area that stabilize everything, and this exercise makes them tight.

The best grip for doing front squats is the crossover grip. With crossover grip, you cross your arms in front so the barbell lays on your shoulders with your hands support it. Your elbows are still pointing to the front, but the crossover grip will give your abs more action.

The grip requires a little training to get right to begin with. You ought to have someone demonstrate how it’s carried out or have a trainer to show you. Like with all of barbell exercises, don’t bit off more than you can chew weight-wise. In addition, don’t rebound off the floor when you come up since you’ll be tempted to do. This is not only a workout to reduce tummy fat, it’ll help strengthen and tone your legs too.

Carry out The Russian Twist

The Russian twist is a great exercise for giving your stomach a much-needed workout. The best way to do it is with a ball. Hold it in front of you with both of your hands while seated on the floor. Turn one way in a 45 degree angle. Your back and core needs to be straight, but let your abdomen do the twisting and you’ll come to feel it down there. Go 45 degrees one way, then do it the other way.

That’s all there is to it. If you’re not experience any stretching within your stomach, you’re performing something wrong. Make sure you’re not twisting at the base of the spine or the shoulders. You ought to feel it in your stomach.
