Do you like spice food? Do you enjoy in tasting different types of food that smell and look interesting? If you don’t like just simple, ordinary flavor than you surely are a great fan of oriental food. We have all heard more or less about this recipes, but what is that, that makes them so special we going to see it now. For all of you fans we are going to present you some of the most famous oriental recipes.

Let’s start with the Japanese cuisine, and as a part of the oriental food they are most famous for their incredible sushi. And what the word sushi means? Well, literally "sushi" means "it’s sour". The traditional form of sushi is fermented fish and rice, preserved with a salt in a process that has been traced to Southeast Asia, where it remains popular today. Today’s sushi it’s a little different form the traditionally one. Vinegar was added to the mixture for better taste and preservation. The vinegar accentuated the rice’s sourness and was known to increase its shelf life, allowing the fermentation process to be shortened and eventually abandoned. In the following centuries sushi in Osaka evolved into oshi – zushi. The seafood and rice were pressed using wooden (usually bamboo) molds. Today we have different types of sushi like: nigirizushi, makizushi, oshizushi, inarizushi, chirashizushi, narezushi, western – style sushi. The most important thing is to know that the common ingredient across all the differe

nt kind of sushi is sushi rice. The variety in sushi arises from the different fillings and toppings, condiments, and the way these ingredients are put together.

And the Chinese cuisine offers as fried rice as their most popular food. It is made from rice stir – fried in a wok with other ingredients such as eggs, vegetables and some kinds of meat. It is sometime served as the penultimate dish in Chinese banquets, just before the dessert. As a home cooked dish, fried rice typically it is made with ingredients left from other dishes, leading the countless variations.

Chicken tikka masala is a curry dish of roasted chicken chunks (tikka) served in a rich – tasting red or orange – colored sauce in India. It is interesting that there is no standard recipe for chicken tikka masala, a survey found that of 48 different recipes, the only common ingredient was chicken. The sauce usually includes tomatoes, frequently as puree, and either/or both cream and/or coconut cream and various spices. The sauce or chicken pieces (or both) are colored orange with food dyes or with orange foodstuffs such as turmeric powder, paprika powder or tomato puree. Other tikka masala dishes replace chicken with lamb, fish or paneer.

It sounds delicious!
