  9. Are you self-conscious while out in public places such as a restaurant?

  10. Do you have a fear of saying or doing something to embarrass yourself in front of others?

If you have answer yes to a majority of the questions that were asked then there is a great possibility that you have this disorder. That does not mean that you have to go on struggling with this problem. You can take the proper steps to put you on the path of overcoming it.
