Salvia Divinorum is an herb. However donít consider it just like any other ordinary herb. It is not a herb which one can use for recreational purposes. Salvia is very popular among its users. This is because it creates a different kind of sensation in its users. It generates a feeling of self-reflection and meditation. However the users should not interpret Salvia to be a stimulant or sedative. Neither is it to be interpreted as a tranquillizer. At high doses it is vision inducing in nature just like entheogens. But remember that it differs from entheogens in its chemical nature. Salvia has been regarded as a sacred herb since ancient times. It has been in use since very long.
