Experts say there are two basic categories of foods that can be seen as nutritious food that help keep off the pounds. Which are the fruits and vegetables and nutrients that give our bodies that resistance? If fruits and vegetables are the "food group nutrients that help "keep-it-off", does fiber play in the maintenance of super-nutrients? Protein is another super-nutrient.
