Men everywhere are exploring anti-aging avenues. Today’s man takes much better care of himself than even those two generations back. Now manly barbershops have evolved into spas and salons with facials, manicures and pedicures at the top of the list after haircut.

It is refreshing to see a man who cares about his appearance. Crisp white shirts, tailored slacks and jackets, neatly shaven but a lot of men over the age of 30 are wearing signs of aging like hooded eyes and a double chin.

Those once beautiful, handsome men are beginning to understand that the look of old detracts from their once very handsome faces. They didn’t think it would happen to them.

Aging for men can be just as traumatic as aging for women. No one wants their face to portray sags, bags and wrinkles, especially when the person feels young on the inside. Looking less vibrant and tired can impact the ability to land a job, our relationships with others and our desire for success.

According to published articles, more and more men are dabbling in plastic surgery. They want to correct upper eye droopiness and to reposition and sculpt sagging chins, jowls and wattles. These two procedures together is typically a $6,000 investment that may or may not produce the desired results. Statistics show that only 33% of surgical recipients like their results and just like for women, men, too, will have to consider revision surgery in a few years because the results are not permanent. Ouch!

Having more plastic surgery along with plumping and paralyzing injections can dramatically alter your appearance. If you add laser treatments and harsh chemical peels, that once handsome face may look freakish and even misshapen as procedure after procedure leaves tell-tale signs.

There is a practical, non-surgical, non-invasive solution that absolutely works so that your face is never in danger of losing its appeal and your body remains intact. A facial exercise routine will lift your face.

Incorporating a daily routine of specialized facial exercises will indeed strengthen the underlying muscles and because the muscles are attached to your skin, the skin receives lifting benefit, too. These exercise movements use isometric with resistance contractions. You are taught to first isolate, anchor and then contract the muscle and muscle groups using your fingers, thumbs and exercise gloves.

If you work out at the gym, you know that your body appreciates the rush of oxygenated blood to your arms, legs and torso. The same principle applies to your facial muscles; you can refine, tone, firm and contour your face so that you look five, ten even fifteen years younger.

Just as you tighten the muscles in your buttocks and thighs, the simple isometric, resistance exercises target the underlying muscles of your face.

This natural method is a safe, proven way to correct droopy facial features quickly and easily. The youthful sculpting of your face returns and your skin will look younger, healthier and fresher.
