To help to make your stomach feel full for longer, eat foods that are rich in fibre. Fibre is commonly found in fruits, whole grains and vegetables. The fibre content of these foods will help you to reduce your tummy fats more quickly. It is also important to eat foods that contain complex carbohydrates and protein.

Losing tummy fat effectively is a combination of a total body workout and healthy diet. A total body workout is less effective without a healthy diet. A healthy diet without a total body workout is equally as ineffective. A total body workout and healthy diet at the same time is the most efficient way to lose tummy fat.
