Now a days to be employed has really become one of the toughest task. It is true that the technology has advanced a lot and is providing the people with great jobs but still it is very tough to say that most of the people are employed. In full time employment, the people works for single organization for the hours decided such as 6 or 8. In part time employment, the people works for more than one organization. In such type of employment mainly students are involved. In casual work people works according to the hours or day wise. In it no leaves and holidays are allowed, but some extra loadings are paid to them for this. In regular people are trusted to work for long time. Also there is a type seasonal type in which people are engaged in work but during a particular season such as the ice-cream sellers etc. The act of providing work to the people or searching work for the people is also a type of employment and many people are included in this. This work has become more easy than before as with the help of online facility.

The government calculates the data for counting the percentage of employed and unemployed population time to time. The government measures this data based on some concepts such as the people who are working are employed, the people who are looking for the work and are ready for work, and the people who are between both these categories. Then regular surveys are made on these basis. Many plannings are also made regarding this to provide the people with the employment. But due to not proper implementation of these plannings this problems not going to be solved. But if proper care is given by the government and also people too try to overcome this problem then this could be solved and there would be good economy development as in the other countries.
