My Truthful Review regarding Flavia Del Monte's Full-Body-Licious Fitness System For Women

On the 26th of April 2011, Flavia del Monte launched Full-Body-Licious, a fitness product for women. Since she first released her wedding workout videos that she made with her husband Vince del Monte, women have been sending her countless requests for advice and asked whether her own fitness product was in the works. This Full-Body-Licious review was written with the intention to help you decide whether this product is right for you or not.

What is Full-Body-Licious?

Full-Body-Licious is a fitness program designed by Flavia Del Monte based on a workout system she used herself. In fact, using this system, she managed to reduce her body fat from 18% to 13.4% in just 10 weeks while working out in a place called Powerhouse Gym located in Tampa, Florida.

DVD 5: Beautiful Backside

As shown above, this program is divided into 5 seperate DVDs. Each part is a 60 minute session specially designed to give your entire body and full workout while at the same time targeting a key muscle group. Once you have gone through all the training videos, by the end of the week you will have thorougly covered your entire body as well as the key muscle groups with different types of workouts and exercise methods. This in turn spikes up your metabolism rate, burning a large amount of calories and paving the way for muscle growth and fat reduction.

The content within the program is delivered in video format with Flavia bringing you through each workout personally. She demoes each routine so you don't need to worry about not being able to visualize how to do it. In addition to the videos, printouts are provided for each section and come with the relevant information you might need like pictures, sets and repetitions recommended. I think this printout is a thoughtful addition and will be useful for people that want to have the information at hand when travelling.

Will it give good results?

Earlier in the year, Flavia recruited 95 women to take part in a mini version of her Full-Body-Licious program. All the women involved had different backgrounds and experienced varying success with this program. While this is not a complete guarantee that it will work for you, but there is a good chance that if you are willing to put in the work required, you will see the results. As an example, I have included some examples based on the testimonials of these women:

Cathy who is a 50 year old lady says in her testimonial that she found the eating plan very practical (except for veggies in the morning) and the exercise plan challenging and filled with variety. By going through Flavia's program, she managed to lose 16.8 pounds and 4 inches from her waist. She adds that she has not felt this fit and healthy in a long time.

Kristen reports that through the training program she managed to lose a total of 10 pounds including 3 inches from her waistline. She also mentions that she really enjoyed the variety of exercises and is confident of being able to stick to the nutrition plan recommend by Flavia.

What sort of equipment will I require?

Flavia has taken into account the fact that not all women will have access to the local gym so she has provided alternatives to gym equipment in her videos. At minimum, you will need to have a resistance band, stability ball and also a dumbbells of a few different weights.

What other things do I need to keep in mind?

At this moment, this product is only available as a digital download. On one hand, this is good in a sense that you can have access to your product the moment your payment is through. On the other, quite a number of people will want to be able to pop this in their DVD player and do their workout along with the video playing.

If getting the physical version is a must for you, then you probably need to give this product a miss. The other option is to convert the videos to the appropriate format and burn it to DVDs yourself or have someone do it for you. The videos are recorded in high quality so doing this should be an issue in terms of viewing quality.

Closing Thoughts

There are people that might dismiss a women fitness product as a waste of time. Is there any use for it? Because of the difference in physique and goals between men and women, fitness programs should not be the same for both. Flavia definitely does not follow the same training that her husband does because of this and so she has come up with her own system. Whether it is a men or women's fitness program though, I think this is one of the most complete training program's I've come across.

Most women who try to lose weight through pills or dieting may achieve that goal, however they still might not the kind of toned look they really want. While Flavia's training is tough, but the end result is that you will become stronger and also give you that sculpted body women aim for. If this is your ultimate goal, then I have no qualms recommend Full-Body-Licious to you.
