Lemon Pepper Pork Chops

Total Time : 50 minutes

Prep Time : 15 minutes

Cook Time : 35 minutes

Servings : 4

Cooking Level : Very Easy

Ingredients :

1 Tablespoon lemon pepper

2 Tablespoons butter

2 Tablespoons olive oil

4 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

4 Pork Chops

Procedure :

Preheat your oven to 400⁰ F (200⁰ C). Coat each side of the pork chop with salt and pepper about ¼ teaspoon each on both sides. Cover every side of the pork chops with lemon pepper. Prepare tin foil that is big enough to cover each pork chop. Put ¼ tablespoon of butter and olive oil on the middle of the tin foil. Place the seasoned pork chop on top of the butter and oil, then put another ¼ tablespoon of butter and olive oil on top of the chops. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce on top of each pork chop then seal the tin foil making sure the pork chop is totally covered. Arrange the pork chops in a baking dish and set it on the middle rack of your preheated oven. Bake for the pork chops for 35 minutes. Serve your lemon pepper pork chops.

Tips

- You can opt for the pork chops with bones to make the chops be tender enough but either way they still cook as tender as it can be

- This dish can be made when you are press for time to prepare dinner
