Mention the word 'Orlando' and people instantly think Sunshine, Theme Parks and Entertainment. It's the place both the British and Americans go to escape their day to day chores of life to seek to unwind, relax and basically have some fun.

Why is it such a popular pull? The weather is one great reason. Did you know that in Orlando the sun shines for 70% if every hour of daylight - throughout the year! Add to that the average hours of sunshine in a day and the fact that it never drops below 7 hours a day all year - maxing out at 10 in May and you can easily see what the attraction is. People feel good when the sun shines, so people go to Orlando to feel good!

It's not just all about the weather though. There is so much to do in Orlando for the whole family. Not many people are unaware of the Disney Theme Parks. Famous across the globe, Disney World is where we all become children again. Interact with your favourite Disney characters of today or yesteryear and if you dare why not check out some of the awesome roller coasters and attractions.

Of course, its not all about Disney World. There are plenty of other things to do in Orlando such as Visit Gatorland. Florida is world famous for its alligators and Gatorland is a great way to get close to action (but don't get too close).

For animal lovers you can take part in EcoSafari's and if you have a head for heights check out the amazing Zip Line Safari! This is a chance to see what Florida looked like before it was taken over my Theme Parks!

Of course, with all the action that's going on you need to plan your visit, and one of the most cost effective ways of staying in Orlando is booking a Holiday Villa. Holiday Villas are everywhere, and are basically houses that are built around small communities. This means that you will have all your local amenities nearby such as a supermarket, gas stations, play areas and bars and restaurants.

Holiday Villas are essentially private homes that people let out, so you can be assured of home comforts that you wouldn't find in a hotel room, such as Wireless Internet, Cable TV, your own kitchen complete with Oven, and fridge freezers. Add to that the possibility of your own private pool and spa, a play room and garden to relax and enjoy a barbecue and you can see why the holiday Villas are so appealing. Holiday VIllas are usually much cheaper than hotels as well, as you tend to pay for the Villa, rather than the number of people in your party. So if you have a large family its much more cost effective to stay in a holiday villa.

When visiting Orlando why not stay in a Villa near Disney World. Luxury Orlando Holiday Villas are a great alternative to your traditional hotel and motel rooms and offer much more flexibility as well as being cost effective for larger parties.
