Broncos indecisive about Orton or Tebow
It seems like the Broncos are looking to move Kyle Orton to Miami in order to make way for Tim Tebow, their 2010 first round pick, but there is a problem, as in the team’s first full week of practice Orton managed to kill it, while Tebow struggled, and that puts a lot of pressure on John Fox, who is on his first season with the team and who might be forced to take a decision that can either catapult the team to some glorious times or to prevent it from shining. Denver will wait for preseason games in order to determine who might actually go and who will stay with the franchise.

Hunter believes there will be no 2012 NBA season
According to yesterday’s comments by Players Association executive director Billy Hunter, there is a strong possibility that the entire 2012 NBA season is going to be cancelled, with the main reason for this being the fact that owners and players are quite distant in terms of what each party wants. The National Basketball Association states that 22 of the 30 teams in the league are not profitable, and so they want to increase their profit margins while cutting costs, which includes reductions on player’s salaries, and even though the players have agreed on a cut in the split of revenues, the owners doesn’t seem satisfied with the numbers the NBAPA has come up with, and until this is resolve, there will be no clear signs of an end to the lockout.

Top QB recruit to play for the Seminoles
Jameis Winston, the top quarterback recruit in the nation, has committed to play for Florida State next season, and even though he knew that the news of him becoming a Seminole were not going to be taken so well at his home state, he is still quite satisfied with his decision, as he mentioned that "It’s been tough the whole time, I feel very confident in my decision."

Chicago re-signs Patrick Sharp
The Blackhawks have decided to re-sign Patrick Sharp on an extension that is worth $29.5 million, as the 29 year old forward had one of his top seasons last year, scoring an outstanding 34 goals and 71 points, helping Chicago to become the current champions, and with the signing, the team is also looking to be contenders for the upcoming season. "Patrick is a very important member of our organization and we are looking forward to him being part of our core group" said general manager Stan Bowman.
