A trip to the fairground is a rite of passage for all little ones! We're huge funfair fans here in the La Fille Unique studio, so here's a little information we found useful on our most recent trip to the fair with our own Little Misses!

Lavish On the Layers
Kids are fickle little things when it comes to clothes; one minute they're too hot, then too cold, then their arms are hot but not their legs, then their feet are cold but their arms are too warm! We found designer girl's fashion that works in layers was the best solution. Planning her outfits around a base layer like one of our cute girl's dresses worked wonderfully.
We chose a short floral mini by Anne Valerie Hash as a base layer dress with Il Gufo grey checked shorts underneath, Milk On the Rocks velour leggings in case of chills, Anne Valerie Hash lightweight coral cardigan, Louis Louise pink hand-knit cardigan and Imps and Elfs blue waterproof jacket.

Hair Today, Gone This Afternoon!
Although we're big hair accessory fans, such things do have a troublesome tendency to get lost on day trips to the fair etc. We elected to leave hair clips, bracelets, earrings and other potentially losable accessories at home!

Sun Protection
A long sunny day at the fair will leave wonderful memories, but it can also be a bit much in terms of sun exposure. We recommend a scarf or sunhat to make sure your little fun-loving ladies have plenty of shade.

We Can Sing a Rainbow

Red and yellow and.... wait a moment, this isn't the way to do it! Why don't we give you a quick rundown of our favourite girl's designer clothes across the wonderful rainbow colour palette!

Should we include coral coloured clothes with red or pink? Well, wherever they go, coral colours figure highly in this season's collections from the likes of Louis Louise, Il Gufo and Marie Chantal. Today's top coral creation is the silk dress with ruffles by Louis Louise. For red fans, the No Added Sugar striped tiered flounce dress is a summer daywear must!

Morley's ruffle skirt with dots is a super summer staple in the designer wardrobe of every little mini-fashionista (who has lots of running about and playing to do!)

Chic, practical and pretty in pink, Little Paul and Joe's pink denim bleach washed shorts are an active little lady's must!

The perfect little beach babe can't go wrong in Morley's green jumpsuit with flower print.

Imps and Elfs simple lilac elasticated waist and neckline dress is perfect for growing, glowing little summer goddesses.

Bright, bold and beautiful, we love Bobo Choses' multicolour print flare skirt, featuring big orange, yellow, pale pink and blue diamonds and ovals on a classic beige background.

Kenzo Kids' white and blue floral print overlap vest is light, distinctive and easily dressed up or down with a little help from your friends here at La Fille Unique!

So, can you wear a rainbow too?

Most little girls love to dress up in pretty outfits, and every parent wants to ensure their child is well dressed at all times. Here at La Fille Unique we can provide you with a range of the most stunning girl's designer clothing from some of the most recognisable girl's fashion brands in the industry, including Simonetta, Calvin Klein, Kenzo, Il Gufo, Little Paul & Joe and Marie Chantal.
