For those of you who are finding it difficult to stop the weight gain and start losing it here are a few priceless tips for the fastest ways on how to lose the stomach fat.

Having anywhere between 4- 6 meals on a daily basis will help you lose weight if each meal is eaten in small portions rather eating few in bigger portions the reason for this is because this helps reduce hunger level and speeds up the rate at which your body digests food.

When trying to lose weight their is no need to miss your morning meal (breakfast) has this shall give you energy you need to last till your next meal bearing in mind that you have been asleep for about 6 hours with out eating.

You need to drink alot of water not only to keep you hydrated but it also gives you energy without having to eat when feeling weak and also keeps your body temp in check.

Most would-be slimmers go about it the wrong way they expect to lose the stomach fat by cutting down food without any exercise, but having said that you don't lose weight by burning calories. You lose weight by changing your hormonal balances. The two best ways to do that are by eating a diet that lowers insulin and by doing heavy intense crossfit workouts. No you don't necessarily have to spend a great amount of time working out unless you're very interested in body building. Even so, you should always give the more natural ways the same importance.

Most people gain weight gradually over a period of time from indulging themselves on candy bars, drinking soda, eating at mcdonalds, scoffing muffins, munching brownies, and then are only able to walk on a treadmill for exercise. It is simply a long term surplus of calories eaten vs calories burned.

Usually, this surplus is small but adds up over the long term, a surplus of 200 calories a day (which may just be a banana and piece of toast with minimal jelly or butter) adds two pounds in a month, which is 24 pounds a year, and boom you have slowly reached 60 pounds heavier.

Based on this assumption obese people would be gaining at least 2 pounds a month (that means, obese people are 24 pounds heavier. So what should I do about this!!! when i think about the process of how to lose the stomach fat becoming healthier and looking my best. So using my assumption, 200 extra calories a day, which i think is still a bit on the high side, one could actually turn that into a 300 calorie deficit starting TODAY, by burning 500 calories. (maybe a little hard in your first week, but get sweaty, commit the time to it, work for it, it only gets easier).

In a few months, when they are up to 800 calories of exercising a day, they have a calorie deficit of 600 calories. Without changing their eating habits. That means they are losing a good 5 pounds a month. To get this calorie deficit by dieting alone, you would have to skip dinner every day and have a miserable time But their must be a easier more relaxed way on how to lose the stomach fat.
