How to Let Your Fear Propel you to Prosperity

We are all afraid of failure. We are taught in school that to fail is wrong. Well, I challenge that mindset. When I was in high school I took typing and failed it twice. One might think that would make me want to give up and run and hide in a corner and never touch a typewriter again. Wrong! I was actually pissed off and used that anger to fuel my desire to pass this typing class. I was the rodeo girl (if you can visualize) and I was going to lasso that typing class and pass it if it was the last thing I did. I was angry at myself for letting the typing class defeat me. I knew I was stronger than that and I knew I had what it took for me to pass it. I just had to calm down, think clearly and the answers would come.

Well, that’s what I did. My typing teacher gave me a typing book I could use for the exercises to practice. I practiced until I typed asdf – jkl; until I could do it in my sleep. I actually think I did type those letters in my sleep.

Well, that same drive can be used for you to succeed in your business. There are usually three business levels in these types. See where you fit in. Level 1: You have an idea for a business that you want to start but you have no teacher to help you make the business grow. Level 2:You may already have a business that you are struggling in. You may be experiencing feast or famine – some months you have a few clients and no problem. Then there are other months where you have no clients and you’re pulling your hair out because you don’t know how you’re going to pay your mortgage each month or where your clients are coming from. You have no teacher to help you move past this level. In the last level, Level 3: you may be successful and not having the same challenges as the other two levels; instead you are ready to take your business to the 7-figure level but you don’t know which way to turn. Your fear is holding you back in all three levels because you have no teacher, no guidance

Well, the answer is to dare yourself to reach your next level, which will propel you and your business to prosperity
