You only need to bring your swimming costume, towel and trainers as the centre will provide the wetsuits, helmets, buoyancy aids and kayak. Kids ages 8 and above can also join this activity. There is an experienced guide and instructor who will teach you the proper way to kayak. This is a great way to explore the coastline at Portreath or go to Skadgetts Cove but in the end it all depends on the tide.
