The way to an ITIL specialist is a lengthy one, covered with numerous exams down the way. You do a truly exciting module and then, bang, you're back down to earth with Service Offerings and Agreements, or one of the others that doesn't interest to you. But it is difficult to keep motivated and encouraged when you're balancing learning with work, and with your family. Here's how you can stay motivated through everything:
