Uric acid is a waste that the body produces while deteriorating the substance purine. Purine is found in several foods such as organ lean meats, yeasts and yeast extracts, pinto beans, peas, lentils, and a variety of some other high protein foods. This waste is carried in the blood along with passes through the kidneys. It can be eliminated from the body in urine.

A high level can occur in the event the body produces too much as well as becomes unable to discard the necessary amount. These instances create a high uric acid level which will produce uric acid symptoms within people suffering from this condition.

People who have a high level in their body may experience uric acid symptoms associated with kidney failure or the development of such medical conditions as kidney stones. If a person is experiencing decreased urination, shortness of breath, swelling in the limbs, confusion and tiredness, or chest pain they may be suffering from kidney failure. This will cause a great overabundance of uric acid throughout the blood and the kidneys won't be able to get rid of it due to malfunction.

If someone has developed a kidney stone, the signs may go not noticed until the stone becomes lodged in the ureter. When this occurs it may cause significant pain in the abdomen, side back, groin or genitals. Someone suffering from this condition might also experience nausea and vomiting, frequent or painful urination, and blood within the urine.

Inflammation of the joints caused by deposits of uric acid in the joints can be a condition known as gout.

The actual prominent symptom is extreme pain, which will intensify with light pressure. Movements turn into restricted as swelling as well as tenderness affect the joints. Skin may also begin to peel throughout the affected area.

Increased levels are considered to get responsible for diseases such as leukemia, Hodgkin's disease, hypothyroidism, enlargement associated with lymph tissue, psoriasis, obesity, along with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
Experiencing fever, chills, and tiredness are also common uric acid signs and symptoms. Alcohol abuse, caffeine, niacin, vitamin B3, genetics and certain drugs are almost all causes that have been associated with improved levels.

Conditions may be brought on by other factors. Scheduling a health care checkup with your doctor is usually recommended when experiencing any uric acid symptoms. If it is found to be the reason behind any discomfort as well as condition, it may be required to make positive changes to diet. Reducing the intake associated with purine will assist in keeping the production of uric acid low and your body wholesome.
