Is it preferable for you to learn or to be educated through online? Can you get well enough knowledge? Basically, there are so many questions running in our mind right now.
For so many years, people keep on creating new innovations that will appeal to the entire world. They want to prove that people have endless knowledge when it comes to technology. Well, I think everybody knows computer. Maybe, there are some people who do not know to use it due to many factors such as lack of knowledge. Kids, teenagers, and even adults are addicted to online games. There are job seekers who are trying to find their luck through subscribing to online job vacancies. There are also entrepreneurs who post their advertisements through online. It is quite amazing that we can now do these things because of internet. We will not be shocked anymore if you’re going to hear about online teaching or learning.
We traditionally know that teaching is a face-to-face learning between teacher and student. But, in our generation now, we have this so-called online teaching. It is also a learning between teacher and student but it is done through the use of internet. We often hear this online teaching to the Koreans who are trying to learn English language. Koreans or even other nationalities would just inquire or enroll in an online English learning system rather than attending real schools.
Online schooling is one of the practical ways of learning. This is merely because of exerting less effort in finding English teachers that would definitely educate them. On contrary with that, not all people could afford this online teaching.
Online learning is not exclusive for English language only. We can find different online teachings for all subjects like Mathematics, Music, Computer subject, etc.
But what is difficult in learning online is being motivated. Finding motivation to learn online is indeed hard to do.. Since the attention span of youths is short, one must focus and find his motivation on himself alone. On order to do this, one must have self-discipline. It will be easier for one to establish a good motivation if he knows how to act properly while learning. But, if he doesn’t know how to discipline himself, it may be one of the barriers of learning even online or not.
Online schooling requires one to have a pleasant personality. A student who wants to study or learn online must show respect to his teacher. On the other hand, the teacher must understand that the attention is limited especially when the students are too young. If either of them doesn’t know the meaning of give and take relationship, this may lead to misunderstanding. Fixing misunderstanding is not that easy whether in person or online.
Before getting involved or making a decision to learn online, think first and consider different factors which may affect your studies. Just stand by your decision and do what makes you feel comfortable with or what may be the best for you.
