Experts in skin health suggest that Selenium, Zinc, and Omega-3 Fatty Acids must also be included in your diet. Selenium prevents damaging of skin cells caused by free radicals plus reduces the risk of having skin and breast cancer. Zinc is vital for maintaining healthy skin because this controls the production of oil in the skin. Zinc is also recommended for people with acne because it controls the hormones which can trigger acne. Finally, Omega-3 Fatty Acids is a great help for keeping the skin at its best because this is responsible for repairing damaged skin. It is responsible for keeping skin’s moisture and the flexibility of tissue that is why experts recommend to include Essential Fatty Acid in our daily diet.
