Have you been doing months and months of ab exercises without seeing any results ?

Making your 6-pack visible can only be done one way, you have to reduce the amount of fat around your middle. Ultimately, we all grow older and for men gaining belly fat seems inexcapable. Another problem we have as we grow older is we get lazy. This is one way to make sure that we gain abdominal fat. Are we clear on how we all get the belly fat and love handles? Good!

I think that we all know that we can't just work one part of the body to lose weight. It just doesn't work that way. If you want to lose weight, you must work the whole body, not just part of it. Here are 5 ways to burn stomach fat and lose weight: 2)cold water helps metabolize fat that's stored in the body so drink plenty of it; 3) don't drink too much as alcohol contains "empty calories"; 4)start a healthy diet by eating fresh fruits and vegis; 5) last but not least...exercise. Start walking to work or take the stairs once in a while. 1)lower your salt (sodium) - too much of this and you will retain water;

Getting healthy takes time, but when you reach your weight loss goal, you will wonder why you didn't start sooner.
