Aminophylline is a prescription drug, means it is not available over the counter at pharmacies. One needs a doctor’s prescription for purchasing aminophylline. It is used to treat disorders like breathing difficulty, caused due to asthma, chronic bronchitis. Aminophylline is available in gel form, liquid form and also as a suppository.
