Symptoms of this disease include nausea, headache, fatigue, dizziness, loss of appetite, shortness of breath and disturbed sleep. You must drink plenty of water and consume a lot of carbohydrate food in order to keep your body properly hydrated. You must never smoke, drink alcohol or take sleeping pills or tranquilizers.
