Apple control the capacity, Ultrabook may applies plastic to replace metal

According to report of media, owing to the restriction of capacity, cost and other area, the PC manufactures have to apply some new materials like fiber glass on ultrabook. What's more, the inside part of ultrabook notebook's aluminum metal shell will apply plastic material to replace metal.

Ultrabook notebook of Intel applies an organic whole molding all-metal body. The CNC machine tool can only produce an organic whole molding body with three hours, which means that a machine can only produce 8 organic whole molding bodies in a whole day. Besides, because of the pollution problem in last days, Catcher Technology - the largest organic whole molding body manufacture in the world has some problems on capacity. The inside of new aluminum body will apply plastic, and outside part is still using meal, the plastic and metal will adhesive by glue.

Applying with news material, the capacity will increase, and the cost of ultrabook will be low. It is reported that an organic whole molding body with whole metal will cost 40 - 80 dollars, while the news body will only cost 20 - 30 dollars. Applying with new material will help the price of ultrabook notebook to decrease.
