At Uceda's New York location, studying English is a breeze. Beginners and advanced ESL students alike can take classes suited to each individual's current level. Our instructors and everyone else who works with are all knowledgeable to help students with anything they need. From getting a ride home from the airport to acquiring their student visa, Uceda School does it all.

Our beginner courses show students the simple vocabulary and basic structures necessary to form sentences and learn English properly. This is great for those with no knowledge at all of the English language. The students will be shown how they can create simple sentences in past, present, and future tense. Brief conversations are typically the focus for those who are just starting out at Uceda School.

If the student is at a more advanced level, then they can still advance their education by studying complex sentence structures, figures of speech, and proper tenses. In class, our teachers use audio recordings, conversations about personal lives, written materials, and numerous other ways of instruction to teach students the many differences in the English language. Our courses help students to comprehend spoken and written English.

Our teachers also show our students how to discuss and analyze all the various differences between English in the United States, and their home language. Many schools choose to ignore it, but having this awareness of differences is an extremely important aspect of learning English as a second language. if the sentence structure is learned, and the vocabulary, there are still many differences in culture that can be a barrier to proper discussion between individuals.

All of the people who work at Uceda Schools are properly trained in order to help all of our students, both local and international, whenever they need help. Everyone can help to answer questions about visas for students, getting rides from the airport, and they even help to secure affordable housing for students. Every single Uceda campus have an open lab with internet to help students to do all of their homework as needed. Students can also use the labs to keep in touch with family and friends that may not be local.

If you learn English in New York through an Uceda School can be a very enjoyable, and convenient, experience. All students who attend the school can go to their classes throughout the week, and then with their free time on the weekends they can go and enjoy New York City. The public transit system is exceptional there; from buses to subways students can get where they need to go without spending too much money. Central Park and Times Square are great places to visit, and the transportation system allows you to get there very quickly. If you're studying English in New York, there are a ton of activities to do in your spare time, from visiting the famous landmarks, to attending plays, to the luxurious shopping and more, there is a lot to do if you decide to live there.
