Almost all the Christians who live in the present world have paid their attention towards the Gaza. They are supporting Israel in this matter and plenty of reasons are available for them to support Israel. Many Christians are still confused theologically with Israel and Jewish people. However, it is a shame and it reveals the lack of proper understanding and the ignorance of Bible.

God supports Israel and that can be considered as the main reason available for the Christians to support Israel. God has commanded blessings upon those who would bless and pray for the Jewish people. Israel can be considered as a very special nation to the God. The eternal purpose of God is to bless the entire world through Israel. From the history, Christians have a heaven oriented duty in order to support and love the Jewish people in every possible way. More than a duty, the Christians should think that it is a great privilege offered to them in order to bless the people who have blessed them. Christians have to be the channels through which their sacred Bible and other precious salvation have come to them.

When the Christians support Israel, they are preparing the land for their God’s arrival. According to the words of Jesus, it can be identified that the son of man will pass judgment on the nations when He comes to rule on His glorious throne as King of Kings. Jesus went on to reveal that the main criteria for judgment would be how Gentiles treated His brothers.

Some people have concluded that just because God allowed Israel to be judged and dispersed for 2,000 years, this has somehow changed God's covenant with Israel. Not so! All of this is masterfully expounded upon by Paul the apostle in his epistle to the Romans, chapters 9 through 11. This should settle once and for all the fact that God has his own relationship with the Jewish people and he has called us to minister to them and bless them, appreciating what He has done for the world through them.

The God’s word is true and it is essential for all the Christians to support Israel in the prevailing issue. God says that he will bless the people who will bless Israel. Also the God says that he will curse the people who curse Israel. This is because that God hates anti-Semitism. According to the words of God, the Christians are there to comfort Israel. God also says that his gifts and calls to Israel have not been revoked. The God will rise up the intercessors in order to facilitate this cause. The almighty of God has preserved the Israel nation. Therefore it can be seen that Israel is precious to the God. He even wrote his name in Jerusalem, so every Christian should support Israel and prepare the land for God’s arrival.
