God has rewarded a man with diversified skills, every person in this entire world have some kind of skills in it and the interesting thing is that the instinct and the skills of a person can not be matched than that of any other person.

Drafting or writing is one of the tremendous skills God has awarded a human being and as per my perception it is the best skill a person can have, because this is the only skill which can not be developed through training, yes it can be enhanced but canít be build. Peoples utilize this skill to write professional papers, this skill allows you to jotted down your perception or thinking in words. Likewise the skills can not be matched, same implies on the ideas of a person that the idea of a person and jotted down styles are also differs from individuals to individuals.

It has been observed that, when it comes to writing theft of ideas is a common thing. To theft the idea of a person and write or publish with your name is really a crime and such act termed as Plagiarism. The Random House Compact Unabridged Dictionary described the term plagiarism in a plausible fashion, according to them

"Utilization or close imitation of the language and thoughts of another author and the representation of them as one's own original work"
The act of plagiarism is as the most unethical work, which can not be pardon by the original author, if we see broadly then we would realize that such unethical crime is been committing at many places, like it occurs in the academia and the plagiarism which is done by the students and professors are called academic dishonesty and it also occurs while writing journals and other reports (Harris, 2001). Some school of thoughts consensus that the plagiarism is a copyright infringement but actually its not. Copyright infringement indeed is a violation of the rights of a copyright holder, when the material is used with consent while it was prevented. The act of plagiarism has a severe punishment and the person who has been caught while committing the said activity than penalty must impose on that person and according to the penalization, the culprit has to pay the amount which the original author demand as penalty. The main problem associate with this crime is that it is the crime of ethics and which can not be vindicate from being penalize.

Online Plagiarism is one of the worst kinds of plagiarism, where a person copies the data from a website and pastes it on the paper with his own name and then upload that paper on any other website which adversely effecting both, established sites and blogs. The activity termed as online scraping and itís quite common nowadays. It is pertinent to mentioned here that not all the plagiarism associate as a criminal matter and has no standing as a criminal offense in the common law. A lot of business doing such operations of providing the fresh and unplagiarised paper to their users and for that pursuit they are willing to give hefty salaries to their writers for providing them exceptionally written knowledgeable papers. The amount of purification of these papers can be recognize with the point that their writers are not suppose to re-write or copy their own written material, which is known as self plagiarism. Stephen J. Bird who is a famous writer who wrote the book on self-plagiarism is totally against this fact that to re-write your work is a form of plagiarism. According to him a person can not theft his own wordings and ideas but itís a serious dilemma of the failure of responsibility which intervene in the publication and factually speaking it is a state of stigma for the writer as well.

I think I justified with the elaboration of the term plagiarism but I think to excrete out the maximum from that paper, I should include some actions to avoid or completely eradicate the threat of plagiarism. Proper citation is one of the best tools to mitigate the controversial trounce accordingly. Citation means to include the reference of the original author in your paper, where you use his idea or wordings (Lise, 1999). This is the best way to condense the menace pertinently. In the end I would like to intimate here that itís really a controversial and a huge matter and to compile such a huge data is an uphill task but by taking the majors we declared in the paper, we can squeeze the hazards of this criminal activity.
