Five Article Writing Tips
1. From what I understand from reading other publishers newsletters that have utilized article submission services... do not stop submitting articles after just a few articles.
One article writer I know has submitted 20 articles and his 20 articles are reaching 5000 views total. Top authors who are submitting over 100 articles report views of their articles in the hundreds of thousands.
Simply put----you get back multiplies of what you submit. Of course there are variables to your article submission results. Some variables are article keywords, titles, subject matter, and how many article directories you submit your article to. 2. If you choose an article title that is not in use, you can track the circulation of your article online. When you have chosen an article title, type the article title in quotes, into the major search engines. If your title search comes up with results, simply pick another article title.
When you have an article title that yields no results in the major search engines, you will then be able to track how many sites are hosting your article. Wait a few days after you submit your article, then start typing the title of your article that you have submitted into the search engines.
You will see some nice results... provided you have submitted your article to at least ten article directories.
3. For readability your article should be formatted to approximately 60-65 characters per line.
4. One of the coolest things about article marketing is that you can go to an article directory---pick a category, browse through the articles, and take the information from various articles and use it to submit your own articles.
Of course you would create your article in your own words. So not only are you generating traffic with your article marketing, you are also learning from others about your chosen topic at the same time.
5. Use keywords in your article that are related to your site. Think of keywords and keyword phrases someone would use if they were looking for your product or service. Leave a link back to your website at the bottom of your article. Your readers may click on the link to see what you have to offer. Of course your link at the bottom of the article is the main reason you have written the article, that being traffic generation.
Your link to your site is very important because it builds back links to your site. Back links to your website gets you in the search engines and will make your business more visible on the Internet. Back links occur when someone publishes your article on their site with your website link active on their site.
