To start, most people who are in a MLM or Direct Sales company don't understand Organizational Architecture. What that means is you need to teach mindset. To succeed in any business including MLM, you need to have a certain mindset. You need to already think you are successful before you even reach that success. I'm sure you've heard the whole equation:
BE + DO = HAVE
You have to first BE successful or BE a millionaire to HAVE success. Once you are BEING it, then you go out and DO it. Take ACTION!
There are many things that the "Big Dogs" and Gurus won't tell you on how they became one of the 3% that has succeeded in MLM. It's not that they don't want you to succeed, it's that they haven't figured out a duplicatable system to show everyone how to do it. If they knew how, I'm confident they would show you, but they don't.
There are 3 things that never go out of style in MLM: 1. Coaching 2. Training 3. Tools
If you can make a system generic that is duplicatable for ANYONE to reproduce, you will have tons of buyers.
You need to have a coaching and training system that teaches people how to succeed in MLM besides what your company and upline are telling you. Most MLM companies teach you the 3-foot rule which is talk to anyone about your business that comes within 3 feet of you. They also teach you to make a list of at least 100 people (people who would come to your wedding or funeral) and to call all of those people. Now I'm not saying this system is bad, it's just a little out dated. What they need to be teaching you is how to use the internet as a tool without having to spend a ton of money or any money.
They need to show you how to grow a downline, to grow an organization using other tools besides the ones they've been teaching you. They need to teach you how to build larger lists and brand yourself. If you look at any of the people who made it really big in MLM, they all knew one important factor. And that is branding. Branding is where everyone knows your name in the industry such as Randy Gage, Mark Yarnell, Joe Schroeder, etc. People come to you, instead of you going to them.
