How good it would feel if one were able to just pass away from one world to another without having to actually grow old and helpless! Wishful thinking, nothing more; this is not going to get anybody anywhere. All of us, fortunately or otherwise come with a "best by before" date and of course with an expiry date as well. The time between these two dates is what we need to concentrate on. We need to find some kind of support system that will see us through. One such way is to set up medical alarm systems that will act as crutches in a difficult situation.  To live on your own, irrespective of the age you are, has become the norm. You rarely will find a group of senior citizens living with a group of youngsters just because there could be symbiotic relationship. In all probability, people of both groups will look at you like they would at an alien, if you so much as suggested this. Their argument would be, would it not be a lot easier to just install a few medical alarm systems instead of acting as somebody else's crutches/supports? I can't say I don't agree with them. One has to look at things as practically as possible. It is positive that the best way you can think of ensuring that old age is bearable is when you have these medical alarm systems that come to you with a stamp of approval.  Any AARP medical alert alarm system is one that is strongly recommended by the AARP (this is an association started by senior citizens, purely for them as well). The medical alarm systems that this organization recommends are always in great demand for their level of customization and durability. From small panic buttons that are strategically placed, to customized telephones to all other such interconnected systems, the AARP has approved quite a few that can come in handy while trying to lighten the burden of growing old.   It is not everyday, that you feel perky enough to take a walk in the park. On some days, you lie down not wanting to do what the doctor recommended. He is young and surely does not know what it feels like, to have bones creaking loud enough to wake up the neighbor's cat. Just when you think you have had a good rest, you start getting a pain in your chest; at first it is mild and then it suddenly becomes quite severe. If you have these AARP approved medical alert systems you can feel a bit secure. By pressing the panic button on your medical alarm systems you have ensured that help will be on the scene in a jiffy, all set to move you to a hospital. They know exactly the kind of first aid that you will require and so are there to provide it.
