If you like to have it for you in the breakfast, then start your journey with half cup of creamed corn along with one fourth cup of whole wheat flour. Well, you may add salt in whichever quantity your taste permits, but generally speaking, one teaspoon will do everything.

Now mix all of the ingredients in a microwave safe bowl very well. When you find the mixture very smooth, put it in microwave for one minute. You should carefully observe the pattern of color change and also whether it becomes little fluffy. Not necessarily you need to make it very fluffy, but you should be careful that it is not liquefied. The taste is wonderful, and the food is healthy too. So let us begin our preparation of Taramasalata, one of the ideal low cholesterol recipes, with 1 medium sized potato, 2 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of organic olive oil and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. You may add salt and pepper according to your taste. Now wash the potato thoroughly. Put it to microwave and keep it there for 5 minutes or less. You may now peel off the potato and keep it in a bowl. Then use a fork to crush it up fully and mix mayonnaise with it. Blend it thoroughly. Mix olive oil with it. Again blend it extremely well. Now mix salt and pepper to your taste. Your very own Taramasalata is ready.

But wait until you garnish it a bit. Put your Taramasalata in a serving plate and place sliced cucumber and red pepper around of it. Still looks something missing? Well, place a mint or cherry on its top, whatever you like most.

This is perfect as a dip with your cornbread and also for raw vegetables. It contains only 1% cholesterol, 7% carbohydrate and 9% dietary fiber. It is also rich in vitamins and minerals.
