As the online business world continues to grow at an incredible pace, one must avoid certain tendencies to have legitimate chance of success in an online business.
If you are going to have any chance of success, you must take these points into serious consideration, or you may be doomed from the very beginning.
My name is Damian Benko and I am a successful interpreneur (internet entrepreneur) working with the Passport To Wealth business. I have been involved in online businesses for almost 2 years and have had 3 other businesses off line as well.
Many people ask me, because of my success, how I did it, or what my secret is. Well, there really is no secret. There are however, several things to avoid, too assure a greater chance of success with any given program.
The program that I'm involved with is a software based business that provides a tremendous amount of products for the member as well as educational resources. The reason that I chose Passport To Wealth is because, after my due diligence, I found it to be the most solid amongst many of the others out there.
Now, I'm not saying that Passport To Wealth is far better than any other program out there. I'm just saying that the concept, the compensation and the ownership, Darren Gaudry, appealed to me the best.
That is the first key to success with any program that you choose. You must believe in the company and represent it because of your strong feelings towards it. If you chose a company, just because it's hot or the "latest fad", you could very well be destined for failure before you even start.
You need to feel emotionally strong about why you're choosing to be a part of that business. How can you expect anyone to join with you if your prospects can't detect your enthusiasm for your business? That definitely comes through when talking with people. It is always best to have your heart into what you do. It just makes it easier.
Now, that you have chosen a company to join, here comes the hardest part, finding the right sponsor for YOU. There are many different personalities out there and you want to work with someone who you can get along with and feel comfortable with.
There are many pitfalls or mistakes people make when choosing the right sponsor or mentor to help them succeed in their new business. When searching for that mentor you want to avoid these three specific areas.
1) The first and probably the most important mistake to avoid, is not calling your mentor personally. Don't make the mistake like many others do, by just joining a business without picking up the phone and speaking with the person you'll be working with.
Don't make that mistake. This is your business and you want to be sure that your sponsor will be accessible when you need them. If you call them and they don't answer or return your call in a prompt fashion, usually within 24-48 hours, how will you be able to rely on them for help when you need it?
