Three: Have you provided a good, precise picture of your home? This is very important because not everyone will be able to drive by your home to take a look. So you have to be able to give them a picture that will show as much detail as possible. You also want to make sure that the description of your home is accurate.

Four: Is your home listed in as many places as possible? The fastest way to sell you home is to get more people to see your listing.

When you can't sell homes no matter how hard you try or how long you have been trying, you need to check every single one of these things. You will eventually be able to sell your home by doing this. It won't always be easy and it may take some work and time on your part but it is definitely possible to sell your place. So don't give up, just keep trying and you will successfully sell your house.
