There are many ways to increase ones IQ, and the effects of this are apparent through business and academic success. However, a much misunderstood and effective way to increase intelligence, lies in momentary living.

Momentary living is the term used to describe that state of mind, in which you are 100% focused on the act and the process of what you are currently doing. You are not thinking about the future or the past, and all that exists is the goal which you have set yourself out to achieve in that moment. It is state in which the uncertainty of what is to come next is fully embraced, so that you are in a state of surrendered to other forces.

The way that momentary living works, is to increase our links with the subconscious mind where our intelligence is formed from. The effect of this is that when we surrender and live in the moment, we are allowing the subconscious mind to come to the fore with its inspiration and genius. Our lives will therefore become efficient through relying on true judgement through intuition arising from the subconscious. Therefore, when we are confronted with any academic problem, it is easy to resolve because we can use the solutions which the subconscious mind is providing for us.

The other added effect is that momentary living will allow us to act in the correct way, because the subconscious mind is not only in control of our thought processes, but also on the physical processes which command our life. The quicker and more efficient we act in the moment, the quicker we move towards our goals and accumulate and specialise our consciousness towards it.

Next, momentary living can allow you to access the powers of the unconscious mind, which is the seat and root of the subconscious. So not only can we access the superpowers latent within the subconscious, but we can move straight to the very heart of our intellectual and conscious existence in the unconscious. The unconscious is a superpower amongst superpowers, because it permeates all things, existing and non existing. For example, the computer you are reading this on is unconscious, as is every inanimate object which you see. However, they follow certain laws and display certain properties, which are the product of an unconscious mind. This unconscious mind can be accessed through becoming unconscious yourself, and therefore we can harness and use this power to further ourselves towards our goals.

The way we can use the unconscious is to act wholeheartedly in the moment and not be aware of anything towards our goals. We should be in the process of acting and living in the moment. Next, we need to be able to seed our goal in mental silence, because this is how the unconscious is opened up. Finally, we need to act towards our goals again, through living in the moment and doing our best in everything we do, by only doing one thing at a time. This will lead to genius intelligence, not only in terms of IQ, but through the achievement of our goals.
