Lifestyle Changes For Subtle Intelligence Increase

There are many simple lifestyle changes which someone can take to increase their intelligence. This is because it is natural for us to have an optimal and efficient mind, so anything which allows us to achieve this becomes easy to implement.

The first step to a naturally optimal mind is to maintain good sleeping habits. This is a complete no-brainer, but you would be surprised by the number of people who fail to receive an adequate and sufficient night's sleep. The effect is compounded even more, when we consider that sleep deprivation can go on for years, due to our somewhat hectic and quick lifestyles. It is no wonder therefore, why sleep can act as a hidden source for both increasing our mental function back to optimal levels and to improve upon it even more to thus increase our intelligence. All i recommend you do is to obtain sufficient sleep every night without fail, which could be anywhere from 6 hours all the way up to 10 hours every night.

The second principle worth mentioning is to plan for your day in advance. This means that you plan at least the night before so that when it comes to working in the day, your mind is already set on what it has to achieve and how it is going to go about it. The effect of this is that it builds mental discipline into our day to day lives. Also, it enhances the link with our subconscious mind because we have given it time to figure out a way to make our plan come true.

The third principle is to continue to learn lessons throughout your life. There are always better ways of doing things, so we should not stop and expect that the way we are presently doing is the best model. What we need to realise is that the physical actions we perform, must be met with strong mental attention because this allows the best performance to be done. However, we can compound on this even more by refining our mindset, so that we are performing the actions with the best set of beliefs. There is therefore always a way to improve upon our existing physical and mental performances in our day to day lives. When we take the steps to improve on these, we are connecting with our own true nature and allowing its power to flow through us. This is because it is natural for you to be the best, so simply realising and perfecting yourself to do the best will allow the best to flow through you.

The final principle i would like to share is the idea that we must live our lives in the moment. This means we should never second guess what life has in store for us, or think about the future or the past. We should simply be in the moment, and live our lives by letting the subconscious mind perform its work. Our lives are not in control by us, but by the power which lies latent within us. We simply need to remain in touch with this power and allow it to flow and perfect our lives.
